Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically by e-mail attachments to Editorial office: editorgjeb@refaad.com . All correspondence, including notification of the Editor's decision and requests for revision, takes place by e-mail.
Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere including electronically, in English or in any other language.
Authors are encouraged to write concisely. As a guide, regular articles should be at most 30 page.
The authors should take care of the following items in their manuscripts:
Should related to aim of the article. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.
Provide full names, complete affiliations, and e-mail addresses for all authors with in the paper. Only one author should be the corresponding author.
The abstract should not exceed more than 200 words. An abstract is a summarizing statement which should be very informative and self- explanatory. The abstract should give the readers the reason, methods, results and conclusion of the article. The abstract should be written in such a way that, the readers feel to read the entire article.
Provide 3–5 keywords representing the main content of the article.
This section should explain the background to the study, its aims, a summary of the existing literature, motivations and why this study was necessary.
This should include the findings of the study.
Place acknowledgments, if there are any, near the end of the paper, preceding the references.
If there is more than one appendix, they should be identified as A, B, etc.
The main conclusions of the study may be presented in a short Conclusions section, which may stand alone or form a subsection of a Discussion or Results and Discussion section.

We strongly recommend the authors to submit papers to GJEB after preparing them in the style of the journal.
MS-Word
Editable files are required for processing in production. If your manuscript contains any non-editable files (such as PDFs) you will be required to re-submit an editable file (MS-Word) if your manuscript is accepted.
The quality of a journal can be determine through the scholarly content it publishes. It is therefore important to define effective and strong peer review process to evaluate the scientific quality of the paper prior to journal publication. GJEB peer-review process ensure that the scholarly manuscripts are evaluated and commented upon by independent experts belonging to the same research interest and area. GJEB editorial and reviewer board members are experts who are dedicated to ensure the validity and originality of journal publications. GJEB peer-review process is based upon single blind review where reviewer's name is concealed from the author(s). In order to ensure that only non-plagiarized, original and high quality scholarly research is published, each submitted manuscript first preliminary reviewed by the managing editor to check whether author has provided correct submission information and all supported files with the article.
The journal follows the CODE OF CONDUCT AND BEST PRACTICE GUIDELINES FOR JOURNAL EDITORS, and COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers.
The Cheif-Editor of GJEB is responsible for both deciding which articles submitted to the journal shall be published, and for everything published in the Journal.
In making these decisions, Editor can be refer to policies of the Journal’s editorial board and check the plagiarism, defamation, and copyright.
The Cheif-Editor can communicate with other editors and with the reviewers while making decisions about publication and be ready to publish corrections, clarifications of the withdrawal reasons, and apologies when needed.
The Cheif-Editor shall not divulge any information about a submission being considered to anyone other than the Author, the Editorial board members, the Reviewer and potential reviewers, as appropriate.
GJEB follows blind peer review policy. The paper is sent to the reviewer to review the paper in the light of journal's guidelines and features of a quality research paper. For papers which require changes, the same reviewer will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable.
Any requested Reviewer who feels incompetent to referee the reported research results or realizes that its timely review is not possible shall promptly inform the Editor so that other reviewers can be considered.
Authorship of a submission
Authorship shall be restricted to those who have made a major contribution to the idea, plan, carrying out, or analysis of the submitted research. All persons who have made major contributions should be listed as legitimate co-authors. If there are others participants in certain important phases of the research, they should be named in an Acknowledgement section.
The corresponding author shall ensure that all legitimate co-authors and no illegitimate co-authors are present in the author list of the submission, and that all co-authors have read and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.
Any addition, deletion or rearrangement of author names in the authorship list should be made only before the manuscript has been accepted and only if approved by the Editor. To request such a change, the Editor must receive from the corresponding author the reason for the change in author list and written confirmation (e-mail, letter) from all authors that they agree with the addition, removal or rearrangement. In the case of addition or removal of authors, this includes confirmation from the author being added or removed.
When Author discovers an important error or incorrectness in her/his own published work, it is the Author’s duty to immediately notify the Editor or Publisher and cooperate with them to either retract the paper or to publish an appropriate erratum.

In cases of alleged or proven scientific misconduct, fraudulent publication or plagiarism the publisher, in close collaboration with the Editor-in-Chief, will take all appropriate measures to clarify the situation and to amend the article in question. This includes the prompt publication of an erratum or, in the most severe cases, the complete retraction of the affected work. The Publisher and the Journal do not discriminate on the basis of age, color, religion, creed, disability, marital status, veteran status, national origin, race, gender, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or sexual orientation in its publishing programs, services and activities.
The Journal binds itself to ensure that advertising, reprint or other commercial income shall have no effect on editorial decisions.
