The impact of electronic human resources management in applying human’s talents management in Jordanian’s recruitment companies

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of electronic human resources management in applying human’s talents management at Jordanian’s recruitment companies. The purposive sample was relied on, represented by the groups that make up the study population, namely, managers, heads of departments, and employees in recruitment companies in the (52) Jordanian recruitment companies, (6) companies have been selected to apply the electronic human resources management in the selection and recruitment of talent’s employees. Data were collected using the study tool (the questionnaire) by distributing the questionnaire to all the items of the sampling unit, whose number is (117). All data obtained from the questionnaire tool was entered into the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and they were processed within the tests that achieve the objectives of the study. The results of the study showed that the level of a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α = 0.05) for the use of electronic human resources management and its dimensions, in applying human’s talents management at the sixth Jordanian recruitment companies. Based on the results reached, the study recommends that companies need their systems to keep pace with technological developments in order to provide comprehensive information when making decisions depending on human’s talents management implementation and need to develop solutions to present them in a timely manner when needed so that they will be high quality.
