The Impact of Strategic Management in Employees Empowerment Case Study: Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company

Abstract
This study aims to test the Impact of Strategic Management on the Employees Empowerment. The main Hypothesis of the study was that: There is a positive correlation between Strategic Management Concepts and the Dimensions of Employee Empowerment (delegation of Authority, Participation in Decisionmaking, Psychological Empowerment, Work Environment, and Participation in Team works). The study sample consisted of (200) employees of the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company. The descriptive approach was used to analyze the study data and Questionnaire was the basic study tool. The study results showed that the most of the study sample agreement that the concept of strategic management has a great importance in solidification the concept of employees empowering at the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company. The study recommended that the most important of which that the company should work is to strengthen and activate the role of employees and their participation in the company activities and exploit their abilities to serve the interest of the company, and benefit from their accumulated experience in building future strategies and define their strategic objectives.
