The impact of the administrative control on the Employees performance: the moderating role of high involvement management in the Jordan customs department

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the modified role of the Department of High Containment in improving the impact of administrative control on the performance of the employees of the Jordanian Customs Department, and to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, selecting a proportional stratified sample of workers in the Jordanian Customs Department within the upper, middle and lower administrative levels. (252) workers. Distributed to them a questionnaire developed by the researcher. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: the presence of a statistically significant impact on administrative control in its dimensions: (control reports, complaints, inspection, administrative communications) on the performance of workers in its combined dimensions: (quality of performance achieved, speed of performance achieved, amount of performance performed) In the Jordanian Customs Department, and the existence of a statistically significant impact of the Department of High Containment in modifying and improving the impact of administrative control in its dimensions: (administrative reports, complaints, inspection, administrative communications) on the performance of workers in its combined dimensions: (quality of performance achieved, speed of performance achieved, amount of performance performed ) At the Jordanian Customs Department. The study recommended the need for the Jordanian Customs Department to continue strengthening the dimensions of administrative control in the department because of its importance in the performance of employees and improving their level, and the need for the Jordanian Customs Department to develop appropriate plans and procedures that will overcome the obstacles that face its workers with regard to their work.
