Abstract
The study aimed to find out the level of competitive advantage of Arab products, measure the level of strategic intelligence when managing institutions, and determine the relationship between strategic intelligence and competitive advantage. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical study to test the hypothesis of the link between the adoption of the intelligence and vigilance system on creating competitiveness in Arab institutions and achieving competitive advantage in global markets. The hypothesis based on the existence of a positive statistical relationship between vigilance and strategic intelligence and creating competitiveness for Arab institutions was tested and after analyzing the data obtained from a sample consisting of (50) individuals using the statistical program (SPSS), a number of results were reached, the most important of which are: The need to build a strategic system for intelligence and vigilance in managing Arab institutions to achieve competitiveness in global markets. The study also found that the weakness of the system and the inability to predict future changes with insufficient funds being allocated to promote scientific research, and the absence of a department specialized in research and development hinders competitiveness in these institutions. And based on the results of the study, several recommendations were reached, the most important of which are: The necessity of enhancing and activating modern methods in management such as strategic and emotional intelligence and roaming management to create flexible scientific systems to empower employees and reduce restrictions imposed on traditional management. The study also recommends opening global institutions and adopting the principle of partnership to inoculate local cadres by experienced international cadres with global production models through Systematic thinking and the best use of modern technology in the production of products that take into account customer tastes in global markets
