Abstract
This study aimed to know the role of Saudi universities in the suitability of higher education outcomes and the requirements of sustainable development in accordance with the 2030 vision in Saudi Arabia from the point of view of administrative leadership in the Qaseem University. The study population consisted of administrative leaders in the university, the sample study consisted of 80 members of the administrative leadership, who were chosen as purposive sample. A four themes questionnaire were prepared and validated its reliability and consistency. SPSS was used to process data through statistical methods, and the descriptive approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The study results are: Approval of the majority of the study sample on some axes of the qualitative level of graduates, the quality of training programs provided to the community institutions. scientific advisory, scientific projects, seminars and conferences provided by the University which are in accordance with the plans of sustainable development of the state and also in line with the Kingdom's 2030 vision, There are some challenges and problems facing the University of Qassim in the development of the capabilities and skills of graduates to be prepared for the labor market, The approval of each study sample on the role (medium degree) that Saudi universities can play in achieving the quality of their educational outcomes to meet the requirements of sustainable development in the Kingdom according to 2030 vision. The study recommendations: The study recommended: the necessity of emphasizing the suitability of university graduates to the needs and requirements of labor market institutions to meet these needs on the one hand, and to ensure that graduates have access to employment opportunities appropriate to their specialization and the need for the university to continuously improve the areas of quality education and strive to address the weaknesses that are discovered and the development of strengths to achieve continuous scientific progress.
