Abstract
This study deals with the impact of strategic flexibility on the application of knowledge management, a case study of Dal Company (Dal Dairy Factory-Kabo) Khartoum State for the period from (2018-2019). The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the research followed the descriptive and analytical approach. The research reached several results, including: That strategic flexibility affects the application of knowledge management, and the existence of a positive relationship between productivity flexibility and knowledge generation, as the value of beta was (0.204) at a significant level (0.037). It also reached a positive relationship between the flexibility of human capital and the application of knowledge, as it reached the value of beta (0.450) at the level of significance (0.000) The study concluded that strategic flexibility has a positive effect on the application of knowledge management.
