Abstract
The study aims to identify the reality of developing vocational and professional skills and meeting the requirements of the labor market, by application to (Al-Rajhi Bank - Community Colleges) - Aseer region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In order to achieve the goals of Vision 2030 calling for the creation and development of vocational education, the questionnaire was used to collect information on a random sample from Al-Rajhi Bank branches (Rijal Almaaheil Asir-Abha), and a random sample was selected that included a number of (20) employees and graduates of community colleges. In Tihama, who numbered (41) graduates, the questionnaire was distributed to them, and (50) were retrieved by 82% of the total number, and it was relied upon and (11) questionnaires were excluded from the statistical analysis. 81.5%). Likewise, the validity of the hypotheses, the development of professional and professional skills depends on the opinions and trends of the sample, as they are the target of training and rehabilitation, and it is evident through the findings of the study that there is a positive statistical relationship between developing professional skills and meeting market requirements in the Kingdom. Also, this study is a distinguished contribution by focusing on vocational and professional education, and encouraging national cadres on the importance of professional work to contribute to achieving sustainable development. And a solution to the problems of technical employment in light of the needs of the labor market in the Kingdom.
