Abstract
The study aimed to clarify the impact of the Deanship of Human Resources at King Khalid University in developing employee performance by explaining the impact of each (the organizational role, the training role, the developmental role, and the motivational role) of the Deanship of Human Resources in developing employee performance. The study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for the study where it was done Distributing them electronically, 154 questionnaires were received, the questionnaire was analyzed by statistical methods, and a statistically significant effect was found for the role of the Deanship of Human Resources in developing the performance of employees at King Khalid University. As for the individual effect, there was an effect for each of (the organizational role, the training role, The motivational role) of the Deanship of Human Resources in developing employee performance, and the absence of an impact on the developmental role of the Deanship of Human Resources in developing employee performance. The study recommended that a link should be made between the developmental programs offered and the strategy of the Deanship of Human Resources at the university, and work to use the group system in training, which allows interaction between the largest number of trainees in different training sites simultaneously to exchange experiences.
