Organizational Learning and its Impact on the Development of the Career Path for Employees of the Maintenance Directorate (Sonatrach) in Laghouat - Algeria-

Abstract
This study aimed to show the impact of organizational learning (individual-level learning, group-level Learning, organizational-level learning) on career development (promotion, training, career enrichment) among a sample of employees of the Sonatrach organization (DML) in Laghouat (Algeria) (60 employees). In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we designed a questionnaire and distributed to a sample of (75) individual , we retrieved (67), and excluded seven. The statistical program SPSS is used to test the hypotheses using statistical methods. The adopted results are as follow : There is a significant impact of organisationnel learning in the career development especially the variable of organizational-level learning stoks, and there are a presence of statistically significant differences at the level organizational learning attributed to variable differences in education. Depending on the results, we suggest and recommend that the organization should take care of its workers and provide them with opportunities and courses for training and access to all new to acquire new skills, and provide them with financial support to motivate them to work and learn to develop their skills and abilities.
