Abstract
Faculty members at universities are responsible for teaching and scientific research. They are the cornerstone of the ongoing process of development that all societies seek to achieve. Following this search, a quantitative research method is proposed using a simple random sample. The data were collected using a questionnaire electronically distributed to members of the Saudi Public University Teaching Agency to analyze the data using a meta-statistical analysis, a analysis, a multiple regression analysis, and a factor analysis. Based on the results of this analysis, the study showed that there is a sufficient correlation between the variables of knowledge shared among faculty members, such as diversity among members, organizational commitment from faculty members، and the use of the human resource information system to facilitate the work of faculty members. In fact, knowledge sharing, organizational commitment and diversity are important factors for the University because they promote performance among the teaching staff. On the other hand, Pearson's low link value, the empowerment of women and the adoption of HRMIS have a low impact on university performance.
