Abstract
The purpose of the study was to identify the role of working women in the development of the performance of King Khalid University. To this end, the research community, which includes 606 individuals from 8 colleges, was identified. The researcher used the Stephen Sampson equation to determine the sample size. The sample size was 243, And the Cronbach-Alpha method to test the correlation between the measurements expressed in the sample of the study. The study reached a number of results, including: The value of morale was 0.000 which indicates that the system of evaluating the performance of women working at King Khalid University Has a significant impact on the performance of women working in the university And that there is a high to very high degree of evaluation and performance of working women at the university. This proves the validity of the first hypothesis. The study also recommended working on the treatment and overcoming the obstacles facing the performance of women working at King Khalid University and linking the performance of women working at King Khalid University with the material and moral incentives.
