Abstract
Since the dawn of the Muhammadiyah mission until now the history of the Islamic economy has gone through several stages. Yet one could say that the prosperity or decline of the Islamic economy is derived from the adoption and application of the principles of Islamic law in general on this land. After the golden era, witnessed and honoured by humanity, ie, the era of the mission and then the companions and the caliphs, who worshiped with prosperity and worked with Islamic principles in the organization of the most accurate transactions and economic behaviour both materially and spiritually in various commercial and financial transactions and Other. As a result of the human nature of unbelieving grace, the age of the decline of Islamic power came with the development of the West in the artificial battle between its socialist and capitalist poles. In fact, their goal was clear and the history lab proved to be failing in a sequential way and the dependent countries still ignore which system is more effective and sovereign. Recently, and after the crisis of 2008 (thanks to God) an intellectual movement (research, studies, and university majors) has also emerged, accompanied by an institutional embodiment of research and reflection on the principles and foundations of Islamic economic transactions in general and financial and banking transactions in particular, where the world currently counts more than 350 Islamic banks across all countries, even the non-Islamic countries, which are still growing rapidly. The collapse of the global economy has been a conclusive proof of the failure of economic systems, in contrast to the reaffirmation that the keys to economic stability and spiritual well-being. The secret of progress, the elimination of inflation and poverty are all focused and applied in the Islamic economy. The aim of this research is to highlight the most important solutions to the crises and economic problems of Islamic law, which are rooted from the Islamic transformation on the one hand and the global economic transformation on the other hand.
