Abstract
We have tried to examine the impact of fiscal policy and monetary policy on foreign direct investment flows in Algeria during the period 1990/2016, asking us to do so. Address the different definitions of fiscal and monetary policy and its objectives and instruments used to influence economic activity in general, and then To address a descriptive analysis of the impact of some and most important of these tools on the evolution of FDI flows, followed by a economitric study in which we relied on a ARDL model that included a set of variables, which are in government spending, regular collections, cash mass, exchange rate and return rate, which have been Through which government spending and monetary mass contribute to increased foreign investment inflows while the exchange rate is exciting limited and slim the regular collection and re-discount rate have adversely affected Algeria's foreign investment inflows.
