Abstract
The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of Relational Capital (RC) on Kuwaiti Telecommunications organizations’ (KTO) Business Performance (BP), through examining the workers’ perceptions regarding significance and potential use of RC indicators to leverage KTO BP. The study investigated the effect of independent variables: Strategic alliances, Lincensing & Agreements (ALA), Relations with Partners, Suppliers & Customers (R.PSC), and Knowledge about Partners, Suppliers & Customers (K.PSC) on dependent variable KTO BP. To approach the aim of the study, practical data were used in the empirical analysis collected from (118) workers, by questionnaire. Several statistical techniques are used. The results of the study indicated a positive significant Impact of RC on KTO’ BP. Through having a stronger RC within KT organizations, the managers can manage and leverage the present RC to achieve further performance improvement in the future.
