Abstract
Objectives: This tracer study is conducted to evaluate the knowledge and skills capacity of the two batches of BSAIS graduates, from school year 2021 - 2023, in the labor workforce, and to determine their status of employability and if their present employment matches with their degree earned. Methods: Data are gathered from the 71 BSAIS graduates utilizing a quantitative-descriptive research design. Conclusions: The study concluded that improving the quality of digital payment services in Saudi banks is key to increasing customer satisfaction. It recommends enhancing security through stronger encryption and building customer trust, simplifying user interfaces, expanding available digital options, and supporting Saudi Vision 2030 by expanding digital payment infrastructure in rural areas.
