Abstract
The emergence of the concept of corporate governance has been at the forefront of international concerns as one of the cornerstones of financial stability, especially following the recent global financial crises, which have plagued some large economic entities, shaking confidence in the integrity of some of their financial centers and the resulting imbalances. Most companies at all levels in the absence of good governance systems. The application of the concept of corporate governance will necessarily lead to the improvement of the level of corporate governance and thus its performance and its ability to overcome the financial crises and the stability of the financial sector in general. To exemplify the principles of governance is a solid line of defense to confront crises that may threaten global economies.
