The Role of Agricultural Marketing in Improving Food Security in Jordan

Abstract
The aim of the study was to identify the role of agricultural marketing in improving food security in Jordan. The researcher used the qualitative curriculum. The tool was to prepare a comparative interview, verified its honesty and consistency by the correct scientific methods and distributed to an intentional sample: 35 individuals working, specialists and experts in the agricultural sector. The results of the study showed that most participants in the study emphasized the need for agricultural marketing and its significant role in improving agricultural sector activity in general and in improving food security. There is agreement among all individuals involved in the study on the role of agricultural marketing in improving food security in Jordan regardless of their demographic characteristics such as gender and scientific qualification. In light of the findings, the researcher recommends that many studies and research on the subject should be carried out due to its importance. Training workshops were held for workers and interested persons in the agricultural sector on the importance of agricultural marketing in improving food security.
