Abstract

Objectives: The study explored the impact of adopting the concept of social responsibility on the quality of banking services, through an applied study at the National Commercial Bank in Najran. Methods: The study followed a descriptive analytical approach. It included an introduction that explained the problem of the study, which revolves around the main question: What is the impact of adopting the concept of social responsibility on the quality of banking services provided by the National Commercial Bank in Najran? The research sample consisted of 70 employees at the Ministry of Human Resources branch in the Najran region (50 males and 20 females). A questionnaire consisting of 42 items distributed across two dimensions-social responsibility and quality of banking services-was employed. Results: The results confirmed a positive impact of adopting the concept of social responsibility on the quality of banking services provided by the National Commercial Bank in Najran, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of (0.593**). Conclusions: The study recommended that the National Commercial Bank in Najran continue to enhance its efforts in the field of social responsibility in economic, social, and environmental dimensions.
