Abstract
The study aimed at revealing the extent to which science teachers practice knowledge management processes from the point of view of their teachers in the management of the Qurayyat education. To achieve the objective of the study, a random sample of (203) teachers was selected during the first semester of the academic year (2018- 2019). To achieve this objective, a tool was adopted to measure the extent to which knowledge management processes. The results of the study showed that the degree of practice of knowledge management processes among science teachers was highly practiced. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to gender variable. There were statistically significant differences attributed to scientific qualification variable in favor to of postgraduate studies. There were no statistically significant differences attributed to experience variable. The study recommended that male and female teachers be encouraged to employ knowledge management processes during the teaching/learning process.
