Abstract

The phenomenon of psychological terrorism is a phenomenon that has repercussions on societal instability in general and on university society in particular. Psychological terrorism is a deadly weapon with devastating effects in achieving the psychological balance of university youth by spreading information, accusations, exaggerations and lies continuously for the purpose of loss of capacity On the organized thinking and thus achieve the goal of terrorism to create instability and lack of sense of security. This is illustrated by the research to identify the causes of terrorism and its motives and the role of university youth in addressing it, based on an analytical descriptive approach to clarify the phenomenon.
