Abstract
Aim of the study: aims of university education, challenges face university education, quality system of education and art faculty in Tabuk University, proposals of the decision makers to modify the track of education in the light of the results of the study. Results of the study: the institutional ability had the first place while the effective of the learning had the second place. There in statistical significance differences among the three variables of the study (gender, degree, membership of the quality unit), and that means to be aware for everyone in faculty members related of the quality unit. The most important points represents in: the availability of a message documented by the faculty, to link the faculty aims with the university aims, announced and documented vision of the faculty, the most important weakest points represents in the weakness of the awareness plan to raise the community service, the environment improvement, and the participation weakness in human development groups.
