Abstract
This study aims at finding out the degree of The degree of educational supervisors’ commitment to professional ethics In the State of izaki Sultanate of Oman from private school first teachers’view point , To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire composed of ( 42) items was designed spread over four main fields. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, (62) first teachers were invited to respond to the items of the questionnaire were employed the following findings. The degree of The degree of educational supervisors’ commitment to professional ethics In the State of izaki Sultanate of Oman from private school first teachers’view point is high, there no were significant statistical differences at the level ( 0.05 _> a ), due to variables of academic qualification, gender and years of experience, the researcher recommends the followings; The educational supervisor should encourage teachers to feel responsible and take responsibility, to treat teachers fairly and equally, to deal with the parties of the supervisory process objectively, and to participate in the establishment of various educational and educational activities in the school.
