Creative Leadership Indicators of the Principals of Government Schools in Taif: a Qualitative Study

Abstract
Objectives: This study aims to explore the indicators of creative leadership of the directors and directors of public schools in Taif. Methods: The researcher relied on the qualitative curriculum according to the rooted theory method to process data, as the interviews were used as a means of collecting information. Results: The results of the study resulted in the identification of five dimensions of creative leadership, namely: intellectual fluency, sensitivity to problems, perseverance, initiative at work, and originality. The study also revealed the existence of some challenges, including organizational, personal, social and cultural challenges. Conclusions: The study recommended the following: organizing specialized training courses for school principals in the field of creativity; granting the Ministry of Education the necessary authorities to enhance the administrative empowerment of school leaders; and other recommendations.
