Organizational Flexibility among Educational Supervisors in Governmental schools in Jenin Governorate from Teachers’ Perspectives

Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to identify the organizational flexibility of educational supervisors in governmental schools in Jenin Governorate from teachers' perspectives،in addition, to determine the differences in organizational flexibility according to the variables of gender, years of service, academic qualification and educational stage of teachers. Methods: To achieve this, descriptive -analytic method was used, the study was conducted on a sample of (424) male and female teachers،and the organizational flexibility questionnaire consisting of (30) items was applied to them. Results: The study concluded that the degree of organizational flexibility among educational supervisors in governmental schools in Jenin Governorate from the teachers' perspectives was high with a relative weight of response (74%), in addition. there are no significant differences in organizational flexibility among educational supervisors in governmental schools in Jenin Governorate from the teachers' perspectives due to the variables of gender, years of service and academic qualification of teachers،and the differences were statistically significant according to the educational stage and in favor of primary school teachers. Conclusions: The study came up with several recommendations, the most important of which are: working to increase the awareness of educational supervisors in all scientific and literary specializations of the importance of the availability of supervisory organizational creativity and organizational flexibility among new and old educational supervisors, by intensifying training courses and holding workshops by the Ministry of Education in this field (organizational flexibility).
