Transformational Leadership and Its Relationship with Organizational Integrity among Governmental Secondary School Principals in the Northern Governorates of Palestine

Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to identify the degree of transformational leadership and organizational integrity among principals of governmental secondary schools in the northern governorates of Palestine from the point of view of principals and teachers, and the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational integrity, and the differences between principals and teachers. Methods: The descriptive analytical correlational approach was used. The sample consisted of (183) principals and (926) male and female teachers from government secondary schools. They were selected in a stratified-random sample. Results: The results of the study indicated that the degree of transformational leadership and organizational integrity among the principals of government secondary schools in the northern governorates of Palestine in the total sample was high with a relative weight of (79%) for transformational leadership and (80.4%) for organizational integrity, and a positive, statistically significant relationship between transformational leadership and organizational integrity (0.91), and the presence of statistically significant differences in transformational leadership and organizational integrity between principals and teachers in favor of principals. Conclusions: The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity for the Ministry of Education and Higher Education to benefit from the results of the current study in selecting school principals, training them, and their professional development.
