The Role of Early Childhood Educators in Enhancing Children's Social Interaction Skills from the Perspective of Supervisors in the South Al Batinah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman

Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to identify the role of early childhood educators in developing social interaction skills among children from the perspective of early childhood education supervisors in the South Al Batinah Governorate of Oman. Methods: The descriptive methodology was chosen for this study due to its significance in providing an accurate description of the variables. The scope of the study was defined to include the population of early childhood education supervisors in the Early Childhood Education Department of the Directorate of Private Schools, General Directorate of Education in South Al Batinah Governorate, totaling 14 male and female supervisors. Results: The study concluded with several findings, the most notable of which is that the responses of the study sample to the second axis, as a whole, yielded a mean score of (2.1975) and a standard deviation of (0.29692), indicating a moderate level of agreement among the participants regarding the second axis (the obstacles in the role of early childhood teachers in promoting social interaction among children, from the perspective of early childhood education supervisors in the South Al Batinah Governorate). Conclusions: The researcher recommends reviewing the curricula in early childhood education to integrate social interaction skills, enhancing partnership with families, and providing practical training for teachers.
