Psychological Compatibility and Its Relationship to Academic Achievement and the Development of Problem-Solving Skills Among Female Students in the College of Education at Hail University

Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to reveal the level of psychological compatibility, academic achievement, and development of problem-solving skills among female students of the College of Education at Hail University, and to determine the correlation between psychological compatibility, academic achievement, and development of problem-solving skills among them. Methods: The study relied on the descriptive survey approach, and the study sample consisted of (356) female students from the College of Education at Hail University in the specialization of (Psychology, Sports Science and Physical Activity, and Kindergarten). Results: The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: The level of psychological compatibility, skill development and problem solving among female students of the College of Education at Hail University was (medium). Their level of academic achievement was (high). The results also showed a positive correlation between the level of psychological compatibility and the level of academic achievement, skill development and problem solving among female students of the College of Education at Hail University, among other variables. Conclusions: The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is providing guidance programs directed at new female students to facilitate the process of adapting to the university environment and providing psychological support services to female students to enhance their psychological compatibility, which contributes to improving their academic performance, and develop their skills.
