Proposed Concept for Utilizing E-Learning in Teaching at the Primary Education Level in Omdurman Locality

Abstract
Objectives: The research aimed to identify the technical requirements needed to implement e-learning for teaching at the primary education level in public schools in Omdurman. Methods: The researchers adopted a descriptive methodology, with the study population consisting of primary school teachers in Omdurman. A stratified random sample of 300 teachers was selected, representing 11.6% of the study population. Results: The research yielded several key findings, including the development of a proposed framework for implementing e-learning in primary education in Omdurman, positive attitudes among teachers towards using e-learning for teaching in public schools, and the curriculum's appropriateness for integrating e-learning in primary education. Based on these results. Conclusions: The researchers recommended conducting training courses for teachers and non-specialist educators on how to use e-learning strategies, as well as training sessions for students on educational platforms and tools and how to use them in the learning process.
