The Direct and Indirect Effects of Experience and Academic Qualifications on Administrative Performance Through the Tendency Towards Using the Kaizen Methodology among Employees in the Directorate of Education in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate

Abstract
Objectives: This study aimed to identify the direct and indirect effects of experience and academic qualifications on administrative performance through the tendency towards using the Kaizen methodology among employees in the Directorate of Education in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. Methods: The researchers used the descriptive approach by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of (190) employees. Results: The results of the study showed a direct negative and statistically significant effect of the academic qualification on the tendency toward using the Kaizen methodology and a positive direct effect of experience on the tendency toward using the Kaizen methodology. There is a positive direct effect of the tendency toward the Kaizen methodology on administrative performance, and there is a positive indirect effect of experience on administrative performance through the tendency toward using the Kaizen methodology. In addition, the results showed a negative indirect effect of the qualification on administrative performance through the tendency towards using the Kaizen methodology. Conclusions: The study recommended the importance of leveraging the relationship between employee experience and their managerial performance during development processes. Additionally, it suggested utilizing this relationship to influence employees' attitudes toward development methodologies.
