The Relationship of the Electronic Management Practicing Degree to the Effectiveness of Administrative Performance in Accordance with Total Quality Standards from the Teachers' Point of View in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah

Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to detect the reality of practicing electronic management in government schools for boys in Madina from the point of view of their teachers, and monitoring the nature of the relation between practicing electronic management and the effectiveness of administrative performance in accordance with Total Quality standards. Methods: The study used the correlational descriptive approach, the study sample consisted of (209) teachers in the three academic stages (primary, intermediate, and secondary). The researcher developed two questionnaires to measure the degree of government school principals' practice of electronic management, beside measuring the effectiveness of school administration in light of Total Quality standards. Results: The study showed that the degree of practicing electronic management was large by mean (3.52), and it was respectively: the field of electronic management practice that concerns employees was (3.56), followed by the field of electronic management practice that concerns students was (3.55), and finally the field of electronic management practice related to the school's administrative tasks was (3.44). The results indicated that there is a strong positive relation with coefficient of (0.748) between the practicing degree of electronic management in government schools and the effectiveness of school management in light of total quality standards. Nonetheless, the total score of total quality standards can be predicted by the electronic management with (57.4%) variance, the dimensions of electronic management (field of electronic management practice that concerns students, and field of electronic management practice related to the school's administrative tasks) occurrence in prediction of the total quality standards with (56,9%) variance, and the field of electronic management practice that concerns students was the most powerful dimension to predicting total quality standards. Conclusions: Based on the previous study results, the researcher recommends the necessity of educational sectors, represented by both the public and private sectors, taking the initiative to activate electronic administrative programs on a wide scale, with continuous updating. This aligns with the development plans of all sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to Vision 2030, which represents a new developmental stage aiming for the prosperity of Saudi society economically, educationally, socially, and culturally.
