The challenges facing the university in applying talent management are divided into four types, (Organizational and Administrative challenges, physical challenges, cultural challenges, and evaluative challenges). Talent management plays a major role in achieving strategic entrepreneurship which can be identified in two main roles: an external role and an internal one.
