Imagine A Proposal to Activate the Role of Educational Institutions in Reducing School Violence

Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to clarify the theoretical frameworks of school violence and develop a proposed concept for activating the role of educational institutions in reducing school violence. Methods: The researcher used a descriptive analytical approach, which is based on collecting data from primary and secondary sources, including previous studies and research, and books related to the subject of the study. The data was analyzed and the results were extracted. The study sample consisted of previous studies and research that formed the knowledge base for this study. Results: The results of the study showed that educational institutions play a fundamental role in reducing school violence. This role is highlighted through several aspects, namely: the role of school principals, teachers, school curricula, and student counselors. The researcher presented a proposed concept for activating the role of educational institutions in reducing school violence. Conclusions: The study recommended providing a safe and supportive school environment that meets the needs of students and developing educational programs that take into account the inclinations, desires of students, and promote communication and interaction.
