The Role of Social Media in Preparing Graduate Students in the Faculty of Education at Mutah University from their Perspectives

Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to investigate social media and its role in preparing graduate students in the College of Education from their point of view. Methods: The study followed the descriptive survey method. The study population consisted of all postgraduate students in the colleges of educational sciences at Mu'tah University, who numbered (43) male and female students. Results: The results indicated that the role of social media in preparing postgraduate students in the College of Education at Mu'tah University, from their point of view, came with a degree of appreciation that ranged between two degrees (medium and high), The scale as a whole has a high score, and the results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of estimates of the study sample members' estimates about the role of social media in preparing graduate students at the College of Education at Mu'tah University. Conclusions: A number of recommendations were made, the most important of which is adding a subject to the curricula for graduate students about the media, its role in preparing them culturally, and how to use it.
