An interview form, developed specifically for this purpose, was administered to a sample of 25 teachers at the Shaqib al-Salam School in the Negev region. Results: The results indicated that the teacher-student relationship plays a significant role in enhancing students' academic achievement by providing a supportive learning environment. Additionally, the findings showed that this relationship contributes to improved school attendance by increasing students' commitment to regular attendance. Finally, the teacher-student relationship was found to support the development of social relationships within the school environment through mutual respect and cooperation.
