The Degree of Adaptive Leadership Practice and Its Relationship with the Level of Organizational Brilliance Among Public School Principals in Al Dhahirah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman

Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed to identify the extent to which public school principals practice adaptive leadership and its relationship with organizational brilliance in Al Dhahirah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman from the perspective of teachers. Methods: A descriptive correlational approach was used. A questionnaire was employed as the main tool for data and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of 352 male and female. Results: One of the key findings of the study was that the level of adaptive leadership practiced by public school principals in Al Dhahirah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman, from the teachers' perspective, was generally high. The results also showed that the level of organizational brilliance in public schools in Al Dhahirah Governorate was similarly high from the teachers' point of view. Conclusions: The study recommended the following: Continuing to enhance effective adaptive leadership practices among school principals by administrative supervisors and the Specialized Institute. Continuing to support and strengthen the dimensions of organizational brilliance in the governorate's schools by officials in the Supervision Department and the Information Technology Department.
