Training Needs for E-teaching Skills of Female Art Education Teachers in the Primary and Intermediate Stages in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the training needs for e-teaching skills of female art education teachers in the primary and intermediate stages by identifying the viewpoint of the teachers in those two stages in the city of Buraidah of 50 female teachers who were chosen randomly. The study used the descriptive approach. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire that consisted of (20) skills was used and distributed in (3) main dimensions. The study found a list of e-teaching skills necessary from female art education teachers in the primary and intermediate stages. It also found that the training need for e-teaching skills of art education teachers was with a high degree, and an arithmetic average of (3.90) by 78%. The training needs in the dimension of planning skills got an arithmetic average (3.96) and by 79.2% with a high degree of need. The training needs in the dimension of implementation skills got an arithmetic average of (4.04) and by 80.8% with a high degree of need. The training needs in the dimension of evaluation skills got an arithmetic average (3.68) and by 73.6% with a high degree of need. The results of the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the members of the study sample due to the variables of (educational stage, years of experience, and educational qualification). The study recommended the need to build training programs for female art education teachers according to their training needs stated by the results of the study.
