Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of organizational cynicism among the teachers of private schools in the Qassim Educational Region from their point of view. And to inspect if there are any differences between the answers of the sample members due to the study variables (educational stage, years of experience). By using descriptive survey method. and using standard that create by (Brandes, 1998) and it has developed by (Dean et al, 1998) as a tool for data collection. It was applied to a simple random sample of 183 female teachers in private schools. The results concluded that the degree of organizational cynicism among teachers of private schools in the Qassim region from their point of view reached an intermediate level, and there are no differences between the sample of responses attributed to the educational stage, years of experience.
