To achieve the objectives of the study, questionnaires were conducted to obtain the needed facts from those who are concerned in the main fields. After testing and confirming the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, 441 school principals, their assistants and the senior teachers participated in the study and responded to the questionnaires. The results of the study indicated that the degree of practicing school principals in the South Batinah Governorate for transformational leadership was high and that the level of job loyalty of teachers was high too. The results also have indicated that there is no statistically significant correlation between the degrees of principals’ performances of transformational leadership in South Batinah Governorate and the level of teachers’ job loyalty. In light of the results of the study, practical recommendations were made, for example, the need to help teachers to participate in the implementation of scientific research, to assign new tasks for teachers to raise their concerns, and to design programs to develop the efficiency of teachers.
