The Educational Skills that are Needed for Teachers of Arabic in Primary Schools According to Their Point of Views

Abstract
The study aims to know the educational skills, which are required to the teachers of Arabic at elementary schools concerning to their opinions. The sample of this paper based on 270 teachers in the rate of 94% of the original community. They are divided into 150 male and 120 female teachers who teach Arabic for pupils of fifth primary at Educational department of Al Rifai which belongs to Educational General Directorate of Thi-Qar Governorate. These teachers are intentionally chosen. According to the style of the research, the researcher depends on the descriptive mode. He prepares a questionnaire of 30 items in four scopes: lesson-planning skills, lesson implementation skills, class management skills and evaluation skills. In order to prove and check the correctness of the questionnaire, the investigation uses statistical package (spss) to get the results, which declare the following: the educational skills of teacher of Arabic language that are needed according to them , come as medium at the whole questionnaires. The research reveals differences of statistical significance depending on the gender diversity for the benefit of males. It reveals also the differences of statistical significance depending on the years of experience.
