The Impact of Transformational Leadership on the Administrative Creativity of Employees at the Higher Judicial Institute in the Sultanate of Oman

Abstract
Objectives: The aim of this case study was to explore the level of entrepreneurial leadership application and administrative creativity among employees at the Judicial Institute in the Sultanate of Oman. Methods: A descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was employed to measure the variables of entrepreneurial leadership (dimensions: strategic vision, creativity, proactiveness, and risk-taking) and administrative creativity (dimensions: originality, fluency, flexibility, and analytical ability). After ensuring the validity and reliability of the tool, it was applied to 60 employees at the Higher Judicial Institute. Results: The results showed that the degree of practicing entrepreneurial leadership is high, and that the level of administrative creativity among employees at the Higher Judicial Institute is high, with a statistically significant impact of entrepreneurial leadership dimensions (except risk-taking) on administrative creativity. Strategic vision and creativity were the most influential factors. Conclusions: The study recommended promoting a culture of innovation, providing training programs to develop entrepreneurial leadership and creativity skills, creating an environment that encourages calculated risk-taking, and supporting creative thinking to achieve institutional excellence.
