The Books that Contain the Most Anti-Corruption Concepts Among Social Studies Books in Jordan

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the concepts of anti-corruption included in social studies books in Jordan. The study tool consisted of a content analysis card prepared by the researcher to analyze social studies books for the primary and secondary stages, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results showed that the concepts of anti-corruption in social studies books came as follows: National education books ranked first, with a frequency of (253) and (61%) of the total books. History books came in second place with a frequency of (73) and (17%) of the total books. Social and national education books came in third place with a frequency of (64) and (15%) of the total books. The National and Civic Education Booklet came in fourth place with a frequency of (28) and at a rate of (7%) of the total books. Also, national education books came in the first place with an area of (45.5) pages and a percentage of (60%). The Social and Civic Education Booklet came in second place, with an area of (4.25) pages, with a rate of (23%). The social and national education books came in third place with an area of (7.25) pages and a percentage of (9%). The history book for the second grade of secondary school came in fourth place only with an area of (17) pages and a rate of (13%). While there is no concept of anti-corruption concepts in the history books from the sixth grade to the first grade of secondary school, just as there is no concept of anti-corruption concepts in the geography books. The study recommended the necessity of including anti-corruption concepts in social education books for all levels, each according to its level, and studying and analyzing anti-corruption concepts.
