The family, and its existence is incompatible with the realization of the purposes of Islamic law of marriage. The research dealt with the issue of the implications of marital disputes and their conflict with the purposes of Islamic Sharia. Since the orderliness of families in the nation is the basis of its civilization, and the order of its community, taking care of controlling the family system was one of the most important purposes of Islamic legislation. A set of results have been reached, the most important of which are: that the order of families in the nation has a significant impact on building its civilization, and that the Islamic Sharia was keen to achieve the original purpose of marriage, by preserving offspring, and preserving it from interruption, and that marital disputes conflict with the achievement of marriage. This and other desired goals of building a family, and that this reflects negatively on the family and society at the same time.
