Abstract
This study addressed the issue of partisan pluralism in the Islamic state, where it stood on its legitimacy and talked about the extent of its legitimacy and the legitimate opinion in its existence within the Islamic State, and then showed evidence of those who supported its existence as well as those who opposed it, and then stood on the view that the most correct view of the legitimacy of its existence according to the rules must be taken and considered, and concluded that the study is aware of the consequences of public interests beyond the evils of its existence and that the conscious leadership is able to avoid these evils if the goal is to prevail the public interest Special interest .
