Abstract
This research presents a jurisprudential study of the effect of intention on intent, addressing the research problem represented in the question: What is the difference between intention and intent, and what is its effect on it? The aim of the research is to identify the subtle differences between intention and intent, and to indicate the effect of intention on intent. This research shows the link between intention and intent, how intention affects intent, whether it is true or false, the reward for obtaining or wasting it, how a judgment can be forbidden, obligatory, hated or recommended, and the improvement or sin related to it. The appointed person is entitled to collect it as the mind indicates the impossibility of the appointed person's intention for a purpose that he cannot fulfill.
