The launch of the sixth annual report 2021 issued by the impact factor and reference citations for Arab scientific journals (Arcif), which is one of the initiatives of the Evidence Base (e-Marefa).

Arcif Laboratories is a huge Arabic database of citations for refereed scientific journals issued in the Arab world. It provides comprehensive and credible data that links the output and volume of quotes/citations to hundreds of thousands of articles issued in Arabic, in various disciplines.

It is worth noting that Arcif laboratories have worked on examining and studying the data of more than (5100) titles of Arab scientific or research journals in various disciplines, issued by more than (1400) scientific or research bodies in (20) Arab countries (excluding Djibouti and Comoros due to lack of data). Only (877) scientific journals succeeded in being accredited within the international standards of the "Arcif" laboratories in the 2021 report.

The general Arcif coefficient of the Global Journal of Economics and Business for the year 2021 was (0.2278). The journal ranked fourteenth in the field of business administration out of the total number of journals (45) at the Arab level, knowing that the average Arcif coefficient for this specialization was (0.185), and classified the journal in this specialty within (Category One Q1). It is the highest category.

• The economics major is within (first category Q1), which is the highest category, knowing that the average Arcif coefficient in this specialty at the Arab level was (0.164).

• Majoring in Economics, Finance, and Business Administration (interdisciplinary) within (first category Q1), which is the highest category, knowing that the average Arcif coefficient in this specialty at the Arab level was (0.158).
