Abstract
Objectives: This study aims to improve the quality of electronic services provided by the Companies Control Department by adopting effective strategies that contribute to achieving maximum efficiency. It measures the effectiveness of the electronic services provided by the Companies Control Department, analyzes the extent of awareness among beneficiaries about these services, and evaluates the effectiveness of the integration between the systems of the Companies Control Department and other relevant systems. The study also proposes improvements for better integration. Methods: The study employed both the descriptive-analytical approach, by describing the electronic services provided by the Companies Control Department, and the statistical approach, through the use of a scientifically validated questionnaire targeting the department's clients, such as lawyers, representatives, or authorized persons of companies. The questionnaire was analyzed, and a set of results was derived. Results: The study's findings revealed several key results, the most significant of which was that electronic services helped improve the quality of services provided by the Companies Control Department. Additionally, clients preferred electronic interaction over face-to-face interaction, provided that all stages of the transaction were completed by a single employee, rather than multiple employees.
