Administrative Responsibility of University Professors

Abstract
Objectives: The study aims to analyze the elements of administrative liability (fault, damage, and causation) and to define the legal status of university professors, while analyzing contemporary forms of professional negligence and highlighting the supervisory role of university professors in the public and private sectors. Methods: The study employs the deductive-analytical approach, the foundational approach, and the judicial approach. Results: The study reached several conclusions, including those related to the dual nature of legal status, the expansion of the concepts of administrative fault and administrative harm, and the role of the judiciary as a safety valve for university professors. Conclusions: The study concluded with a set of recommendations aimed at updating university regulations to keep pace with the digital age.
