Abstract
Objectives: This study aims to encourage higher education institutions to efficiently implement quality management systems by examining their significance for the performance of administrative staff and their impact on administrative and academic outputs, alongside the administrative laws governing their operations. Methods: The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach in order to arrive at the conclusions and recommendations that would achieve the intended benefits. Results: The study concluded that implementing a quality management system in higher education institutions is of paramount importance for enhancing their administrative competencies. This system plays a crucial role in establishing the foundations for evaluating universities' administrative performance and operational efficiency. These conclusions were drawn based on the themes and issues addressed throughout the study. Conclusions: The study recommended that each university should implement a quality management system in order to ensure excellence across all its administrative and academic outputs.
