Abstract
Every law is made to preserve person’s life and protects him/her from all forms of aggression. Undoubtedly, preserving life requires punishing the perpetrator of the crime in a way that prevents him/her from repeating it and forbids people from committing it. Cooperation, as a form of participation in killing, may be a big reason for the crimes to spread more if the punishment wasn't clear and deterrent, and the laws differed in the enactment of the appropriate punishment for the crimes, the Yemeni law chose certain conditions that, when achieved, could punish the outlaw with the same direct punishment. This is in accordance with part of Islamic jurisprudence. We learn about this topic and the choice of Yemeni law in it, to try. At the conclusion of the research, we learn and evaluate these judgments and the extent of its compatibility with Islamic Sharia, achieving it in the public interest, and providing deterrence and restraint from this crime.
